Our promise
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll put it right.
Change of mind returns
If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@momentummechanisms.co.uk with your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage where required.
Incorrect items
If you receive an item different to what you ordered, please contact us immediately and we will arrange the correct item to be sent and organise collection of the incorrect one at our expense.
Kits that have been opened or partially assembled
We are unable to accept returns on kits that have been opened and partially or fully assembled unless the item is faulty.
How to return an item
Email us at hello@momentummechanisms.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Refund processing
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving the returned item and will be issued to your original payment method.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
