Where is my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use this to track your delivery directly with the courier.

Standard UK delivery: 3–5 working days
Express UK delivery: 1–2 working days

Haven't received your tracking email?
Check your junk or spam folder first. If it's not there, contact us at hello@momentummechanisms.co.uk with your order number and we'll look into it straight away.

My order hasn't arrived
If your order is outside the expected delivery window please get in touch and we'll investigate with the courier on your behalf.

Incorrect or damaged item received
We're sorry if something isn't right. Email us at hello@momentummechanisms.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item and we'll resolve it immediately.
